The case files included SEAR forms (Short encapsulated Evaluative reports) which contained confidential data about the plaintiffs. This included medical reports and work histories, as well as the list of asbestos-related products that plaintiffs used or worked near. Vogel required access to a password to access the files. She was then able to go through any SEAR forms from her current employer.
