Item upgrading allows players to upgrade their weapons and equipment with new affixes, increasing its stats base or adding additional perks. To upgrade items, the player must have the item in their inventory and have access to the kiln.

Items that have weak bases, such as rings, can be upgraded into stronger bases. Items with strong bases, such as Titans from eth, have no changes in their stats.

Upgrade components
