It's compatible with Alexa or Google Assistant so you can start it and stop it by voice.

The design is also more appealing than the competition. It features a sleek, high-end piece that resembles toys rather than a loud and obnoxious robot. And the Clean Base automatic vacuum cleaners Dirt Disposal System self-empties and is ideal to reduce the time spent cleaning.

In our tests the j7+ was quick to pick up and remove dust, dirt and pet hair. The counter-rotating rubber brush roll kept the debris in one spot instead of scattering it all over the floor. The iRobot Home App is easy to use but we found it less reliable than other robotic cleaner apps. It can take a while to download updates and it's sometimes difficult to know if they are functioning until you actually witness them in action.

The Freo X Ultra robot vacuum and mop is a clever, well-rounded vacuum and mop. It's capable of vacuuming and mopping. Its design and functionality are among the best cheap robot vacuum on the market however, it's also expensive.

The base station looks nice and is hidden when it's not in use, and its size is quite compact. The station's most appealing point is how it automates many tasks and functions that other robots leave up to you. It stores clean and dirty water, electrolyzes and heats the water (which many other robots require you to do) and empty the dust bin after vacuuming, and keeps your robot fully charged and clean.

Its vacuuming capabilities are impressive as well. It's one of the few robot vacuums I've tested that does an excellent job of picking up debris on bare floors, and it's not nearly as loud as the more expensive Roomba 980 or iRobot 900 series.

But the Freo X Ultra has its flaws, particularly when it comes to navigation. Its LiDAR sensors and laser sensors aren't as reliable and reliable as other robotvacs. This means it could get stuck or confused in certain corners or rooms of the house. It's also unable to climb stairs as well as other competitors and doesn't come with a docking station to create a cleaning zone for plush carpets.

Although it doesn't provide as many in terms of cleaning options available in its app or as many shortcuts within the app like other robovacs the Freo X Ultra is still an excellent choice for those looking for an all-around great mop and vacuum cleaner that's worth the higher price price.

The Eufy Qrevo Curv, for example, is cheaper and offers the same experience in the app, but with more features like stairs, a fully-function dock, and better overall performance when vacuuming floors as well as high and low-pile carpets.

The main characteristic that makes the G30 apart from its competitors is the method it cleans. It uses an integrated map to draw an image of the immovable objects in its path. It keeps track of the things it has cleaned and the areas it was unable to access. When it's time to recharge, it automatically returns to its starting point and begins cleaning from where it started.

The elegant G30 has a few issues. The iRobot Roomba 675 is more built, incurs lower recurring costs, is charged faster and offers similar battery life while offering better performance on bare floors and low-pile carpet. It has a bigger dust bin, which doesn't require the same amount of emptying. It also has boundaries that prevent it from certain areas. The G30 is less expensive and easier to maintain. Its smaller canister means it doesn't need to be emptied as often, and it has less difficulty with bulky items such as cereal.
