On the bright side the X1 Omni is a beautiful-looking robot thanks to the design team at Jacob Jensen (of Bang & Olufsen fame) who conceptualized its modern, sleek base and mopping pad apparatus. It's a huge contrast to the basic black bases of rivals such as Roborock or iRobot. And it's a welcome sight for an industry dominated by boxy units.
