The S1 did a good job cleaning robot mop and vacuum hard floors. Its mop moved smoothly on its flat side and lifted itself when it reached carpets or rug.

Prior to each mopping session the docking station on the S1 automatically empties its dustbin and fills up its water tank with clean filtered ozonated water. The dock also adds a cleaning solution to the water for deep cleaning. The S1's tank of water holds enough for about a dozen cleaning sessions before it has to be emptied, though this will vary depending on how much you use the mop.
