Peritoneal mesothelioma symptoms may resemble those of other conditions and can be mistaken for a hernia gastrointestinal issues like colitis or Crohn's disease or other forms of abdominal cancer. This combination is more likely to improve a patient's prognosis than chemotherapy on its own.
