Some of the advantages of these methods include the accessibility and reliability of EEG signals. These measures aren't very sensitive or specific enough.

A study conducted by Aalto University researchers analyzed children's eye movements in a virtual reality game to determine if a ML algorithm could detect the differences between normal and ADHD children. The results revealed that machine learning algorithms could be used to recognize ADHD children.

Another study looked at machine learning algorithms' efficiency. The results indicated that a random-forest technique gives a higher percentage of robustness, as well as higher levels of risk prediction errors. A permutation test proved more accurate than random assigned labels.
