Its vacuuming performance is quite impressive, too. It's one of the few robovacs I've tried that does an excellent job of picking up debris on bare floors, and it's not as loud as the more expensive Roomba 980 or iRobot 900 series.

But the Freo X Ultra has its faults, especially when it comes to navigation. Its laser and LiDAR sensors aren't as reliable and reliable as other robovacs. This means it can get stuck or confused in certain areas or rooms of your home. It's also not able to climb stairs as well as other competitors and doesn't come with a dock to create a clean zone for plush carpets.

The way the G30 cleans is what separates it from its rivals. It makes use of an integrated map to draw an image of the immovable items in its path. It can remember the items it has cleaned and the areas it was unable to access. If it requires a recharge, it returns to its base, and then resumes cleaning from where it started.

The eufy G30 has its flaws however. The iRobot Roomba is more durable and has lower monthly costs. It charges faster, offers similar battery life and performs better on bare flooring or carpet with a low pile. It also comes with a larger dust bin that doesn't need to be emptied as frequently and comes with an array of boundaries that restrict it from certain areas. The G30 however is more affordable and a lot easier to maintain. Its smaller size means that it doesn't have to be empty as often and has less difficulty with bulky items such as cereal.
