ADHD is defined by hyperactivity and inattention scores of 6 or greater on the CPT. A Qb-Score of 1.5 for healthy individuals is recommended as the threshold to determine ADHD.

The results of the study showed that malingerers over-compensate for their weaknesses in skills. In turn, they had lower mean visual scores on both auditory and visual tasks. They could not pass the Auditory Prudence and Visual Focus tests.
