We had the chance to test the EV9 for several hours on a local freeway, and found it to be easy to drive and comfortable for long distances. The ride is smooth on ruts and bumps, while the EV9 does a great job of reducing road noise and wind on the highway. The acceleration is extremely fast and the car has adjustable regenerative brakes that allow "one pedal driving" by simply lifting off of the accelerator.

The EV9 has a great range and can be fully charged in just three hours at home, or with any commercial charger. The driver has the option of choosing between two operating modes: eco mode and sport mode. Eco mode prioritizes the green power electric mobility scooter as well as cruise control and handling while sport mode maximizes speed.
