Its tyres (which are inflatable and require occasional pumping) come with suspension built-in which was extremely comfortable for my kids.
The size and shape of the seat is another thing to think about. You will want it to be large enough for your child's comfort. You will also require it to recline to allow them to lie flat. Some three-wheel buggies will have the option of reclining completely, while others only allow for an adult facing one.

This is something you need to keep in mind when you live in a city. If this is an issue, a 4-wheeled buggy may be the better option for you.
