It's easy to fold the Z-shape with one hand. Once you're used to it, it is small and takes only a few minutes. They also appreciated the fact that the hoods could be moved back and forward and back, making them much easier to adjust in the sun or to provide wind protection. Our testers did find, however, that they didn't provide an extensive amount of coverage when compared to something like the Baby Jogger City Mini hoods and it's recommended to bring a rain jacket in case of need.
Overall, our testers loved the way the Nipper Double made it possible for them to take their twin girls Sydney and Lyla on a variety of adventures, from spotting wildlife in the woods to rushing to the park for a playdate. They were also impressed by how cozy and spacious the two seats are with plenty of space for growing toddlers to stretch out in. Our testers did mention, however, that the lack of a parent-facing seating and inability to use car seats in the buggy was a disadvantage and they would like to see more storage space to store shopping items and other accessories.
