The only downside I found in this model was the VibraRise mop pads mount isn't movable. It is possible to replace the mopping cloth when required, but it's a challenge to remove the mount to wash it manually. I've observed that any soft carpet that the robot passes will come into contact with the Velcro-like fastener system on the mount, which could cause scratches.
