Our test subjects found it simple to assemble and thought it was the most elegant look cot we've seen in our round-up. However, it is expensive and you'll need to purchase an additional mattress - and when you're on a tight budget, there are better alternatives there.

Its premium aesthetic and ease of assembly as well as capacity to grow with your baby are all appealing which makes it a worthy investment. Our test participants thought this cot would be an excellent addition to any nursery.

It's got a lovely, traditional style that'll suit all homes and is made of sustainable sources of Australian Araucaria and New Zealand Radiata wood.
