Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades
Upgrades to gear increase its base stats and sometimes enhances its extras. The value of these upgrades is determined by their tiers, requirements, and the amount of random enhancements used.
For instance, the top racial shield Razortail is commonly upgraded for its lightning absorb ability in PvP, or to add additional defenses to missile-based builds in PvM. This makes it more tradable than the perfect non-upgraded version.
Reroll Tokens
Reroll tokens are a way to reroll an acquired item like armor, weapon or rings. The item is swapped for another similar item with an additional set of bonuses. Reroll tokens are a cost-effective method to upgrade equipment. They don't keep the original equipment's condition, and any resources wasted aren't rewarded.
Reroll tokens can be obtained by survivors via a variety of methods such as the Mistery Box or as rare drops from skulled creatures. You can also find them in crates and chests, or purchase them at the market for $150 each. Reroll tokens are used to alter the attributes of an item of equipment, for example increasing its damage.
Players can roll equipment with three aspects: physical power, spell power, and health. Upgrades to physical power can increase the damage of melee and weapons attack and spell power boost mage attacks and the ring. Health upgrades provide the player with an additional level of health.
There are three kinds of reroll tokens: upgrade, rare, and legendary. Each upgrade takes an item to a higher quality and requires an upgraded reroll token in order to create it. Upgrades with enhanced capabilities require a common item, rare upgrades require a special or a legendary item, and legendary upgrades require three legendary items.
The marker for rerolling, unlike special tokens or markers placed on action areas, stays on the spot until the next Success is rerolled. This lets you save upgrades.
Blueprints are envelopes which appear at the start of every Preparation phase. They can be opened with Interact by grasping them. When they are opened, they show an image and description of the appliance or ingredient. Blueprints can be exchanged to purchase a new appliance or ingredient in the restaurant's shop for a small amount of money.
In the course of a run, blueprints can be transferred between the Staple Pool and the Non-staple pool as a result of the choice of Franchise Cards. This alters the blueprints the restaurant's shop has available for rerolls and those that are located in the Non-droppable Pool.
Growthstones
Weapons, armor, and accessories can be upgraded in Throne and Liberty using Growth Stones. These are special stones that boost the quality of an item by increasing its stats and attributes. They can be found by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs located in the main towns. Contract Coin Merchants will sell these stones for a cost. These stones can also be purchased by players who have completed daily contracts.
To upgrade equipment, players must first find the item upgrader kit they want to upgrade and then click on the "level up" button. This will show a list of the item's current level and what it will become when it is upgraded. It will also show the amount of Growth Stones needed to accomplish this. The number of Growth Stones needed to upgrade a piece depends on its rarity. Rare (blue) rarer weapons will require more than one Growth Stone, while uncommon armor only requires one Growth Stone.
Once they have decided on the upgrade, players must select the number of green Growth Stones they wish to utilize and pay the appropriate cost. Once the requirements are satisfied, the user can then click on the upgrade button to apply the Growth Stones to the item. This will raise the item's level by a specific percentage. Based on the rarity of the item, the upgrade process can take between seconds and minutes.
The upgrade process also is risk-free and will not impact the durability of the item. This makes the system an ideal way for players to get an advantage in combat without putting a strain on their bank accounts. By clicking on the "transfer tab" players can transfer the experience and progress of an upgraded piece of gear onto the new gear.
The process of getting Growth Stones in Throne and Liberty can be a challenge for players who are new to the game. However, there are many methods to obtain them, including contract completion and purchasing them from the Contract Coin Merchant, defeating Abyssal Contract enemies, collecting them from the Equipment Stone Seal Book, or getting them from the reward chests during the Ancient Arena season. Players can also break down the higher-level Growth Stones into multiple lower-level stones.

Upgrades can be beneficial to certain items, but they are not because they boost stats. They are more valuable to players when they get the perfect roll. When you choose an upgrade component that you want to put into an item the game will show an open window that displays the necessary requirements. These include the type of item (either Armor or Weapon), the tier of that item as well as the upgrade Token required, as well as the amount of progress required to complete the upgrade.
Once you've met the required conditions for upgrading, the game will place the item in your inventory and the progress bar will be updated to show how close you are to completing the upgrade. You can also check the status of an upgrade by going to any item upgrader NPC.
