However, it's a good choice, especially if you want to save money on a Roomba from iRobot and have a mostly bare-floor home or office. Additionally, it's quiet and can be used while you're at work, or at school. The only thing it lacks that you don't get in the more expensive iRobot Roomba X30 is edge-to-edge vacuuming of floors with no floor. It's also less effective when it comes to mopping. It relies on disposable wet wipes that don't adhere very well and cannot handle dried-on debris. The Q5 is self-emptying cradle that can be emptied by itself. If you're in need of it, the mopping pad can be changed for an awe-inspiring one in a matter of just a few seconds.
