While you can swap out the mopping cloth (if it's required) but it's a challenge to remove the mount itself to wash it manually. I've observed that any carpet that the robot crosses will be in contact with the rough Velcro like fastener system on mounts, which could cause scratches.

The S8 Pro Ultra is equipped with a variety of intelligent features that include support for Google Home and Amazon Alexa. You can manage and set up these through the Roborock app, which is also the home of its maps and advanced mopping settings. The app also lets you to schedule cleanings, monitor battery life and component maintenance. You'll need to jump through some hoops to activate voice control on this model. It's a shame considering the performance otherwise.
