Cyberpunk 2077 Item Upgrading Guide

Item upgrading is a key component to maximizing the power of your gear. It lets you add additional stats to the value of your item's base level.

Each upgrade template has several options that can be changed through the edition GUI. These options include upgrading reference and upgrading chance.

upgrade item components

The system for upgrading armor, weapons, and other gear in Cyberpunk 2077 was redesigned as part of the 2.0 update. Upgrade components can be found all over Night City, and the item you want to upgrade must have an upgrade slot. The game will show a preview of the item's expected stats after upgrading. It will also display the component or material needed. If you don't have the required level or resource to upgrade an item, the button will read "Blocked."

The items that can be upgraded include armor and weapons and trinkets and gathering tools. Upgrade slots can be filled on any item to give attribute bonuses or additional effects when the equipment is utilized. These upgrades are available through crafting, bought from a vendor, or taken as a reward.

There are two kinds of upgrades of upgrades: universal and gemstones. Universal upgrades that are similar to gemstones, can be put in any type of equipment, and provide less of a benefit than other upgrade components. Obtaining these is fairly simple and they can be dropped by enemies or looted all over the world. Gems can be obtained by disassembling items or through doing certain missions.

Upgrades can be replaced by new upgrades that can be placed in an weapon's upgrade slot, but doing so will destroy the previous upgrade. All other upgrades, except for glyphs that are added to gathering tools are not able to be removed from an item after they are placed. Infusions that can be placed in ascended equipment or legendary equipment, and enhancements that can only be recovered with an upgrade extractor, or by salvaging the item using a high-tier salvage kit, can be replaced at least once every hour.

Recycled Items

In the two World Wars, the scarcity of natural resources pushed the world to recycle. Recycling aluminum, plastic and paper is a common practice. They are given a new life. Recycling reduces energy consumption and helps prevent carbon dioxide from escaping into the atmosphere. It's also a great method to avoid landfills and save natural resources. However, it is crucial to know what can and cannot be recycled.

A common mistake people make is to put things that are not appropriate in the recycling bin. These items not only contaminate the stream, but they can also cause damage to recycling equipment. To avoid this, check the label and follow the guidelines of your recycling program. For instance, cardboard should not be mixed with steel or tin cans, and tissue must be put in the trash. Plastic bags also tangle in recycling machines and should be taken to a grocery store for reuse. Food containers and berry containers are also items that can be thrown away. Glass is the only exception, since glass can be used to construct with.

It is important to look for the label "Made from recycled content" when you are looking for new products. This means that the item upgrader is made from recycled materials from other products that have served their intended purpose. This makes them an environmentally friendly option than brand new items made from virgin materials. In addition they are much less expensive than the original ones.

You can recycle your old laptop, computer phone, tablet, or computer by taking it to a recycling facility. They'll use the materials to make new electronic devices and other useful products. Some of these companies will give you money to return your old products.

If you want to help your coworkers to recycle, consider standardizing the colors of bins and signage in your office. This will reduce confusion and increase participation rates. You should also create a space within your office for recycling for example, an open bin or box located in the breakroom.

Reroll tokens

Reroll tokens offer you a second chance of rolling the dice to gain better stats or better powers. They can be found in the mystery box or as rare drops from bosses or monsters that have skulls. Each token removes one attribute point from damage and then randomly rolls it into the new attribute. You can also roll additional attributes on items, such as regeneration and speed.

The amount of extras that are added to an item varies with each level. The value of an additional is calculated in percentages of the total stats of the item, and rerolling a token will alter the value. In addition, the recycle value will also increase with each upgrade. Generally speaking, the value of an item's main stat will increase by +3 with each level, while the value of its additional stats will vary.

To roll an item again, you can click the dice icon next to the item in your inventory. You can also click the button in a different player's lobby and select "Reroll". After rerolling, the item upgrader kit will disappear from your collection.

You can buy rerolls and other in-game items from Sagbe the in-game Token Shop trader. You can also earn free rerolls by redeeming active codes in Fire Force Online. These codes can be exchanged for a variety of items, including Reroll Tokens or Clan Reroll Tokens.

Rerolls are useful early in the game when you are building your inventory. However, they're not the best way to boost your character's stats. Instead, you should focus on increasing your skill points. You can also earn bonus points for completing event stages.

You can also reroll your character's race with a race-reroll token, which can be purchased from the Zen Market. This token lets you change your race once, and it is redeemable through specific pack purchases or the Token Shop. It can also be obtained as a reward for completing Meg's cases during the Port Sarim invasion event.

Leveling

Upgrading an item in an upgrade process increases its power and stats. It also increases the cost and the amount of materials needed to complete the upgrade process. The kind of materials needed will vary based on the specific item. For example, weapons use the combination of Destruction Stones and Guardian Stones. Armor makes use of Harmony Leapstones and Shards. Adding additional materials to the process can boost the chance of success, but this is not an assurance.

The process of leveling is calculated by using formulas that determine the amount of damage, magic attack (magic weapons), and defense the upgraded item will receive at the next level of upgrade. The formulas differ based on the type of weapon and its rarity. There is also a maximum level per type of gear.

The NPC will show an Upgrade option after the item reaches its maximum level. This enables players to upgrade the item to the next level by infusing it with experience. In order to maximize the benefits of this process, players must make sure their gear is fully leveled prior to trying an upgrade. This way, they'll avoid wasting experience and materials which could have been used for other upgrades.

The NPC will display two lines when the upgrade is in progress. The first line displays the amount of Tech Points the upgrade will offer, while the other displays a preview of what the item will look like when it reaches its upgraded level. The preview will not be exact for items that have mods, but it can still give a rough idea of what you can expect.

The NPC will also show the cost of upgrading the item. The cost of Technology Points will be included in the event that they are applicable. If you own an Accelerator, it will also include the cost. Accelerators are available on the Exchange. They boost the Tech Points earned from upgrading by 50%. However this bonus does not affect the item's Quality Chance, which resets when the item is at its maximum level.

The Upgrade NPC also provides the option of transferring gear. The Upgrade NPC can also provide a transfer service for gear. This allows players to save their experience and upgrade progress on a particular piece and transfer it to another item in the same slot. This can be useful for players who wish to upgrade their gear but don't have enough money to purchase a completely new set.
