Top Black Friday and Cyber Monday Robot Vacuum Deals

Now is your chance to own a robot vacuum. CNET's best cheap robot Vacuum-rated models will be on sale during Black Friday and Cyber Monday, with discounts up to 57%.

The Roborock Q7 Max offers strong pressure and smart mapping with apps-based no-go zones. its 180-minute runtime is awe-inspiring. It also automatically replenishes and self-empties its water tank.

1. iRobot Roomba j7+

The Roomba j7+, iRobot’s most intelligent robot to date, is the Roomba j7+. Its biggest innovation, however, is its camera-based obstacle-detection technology. It makes use of AI to identify objects such as charging cords and shoes. It's also the first to automatically send you photos of any object it encounters so that you can tell it to avoid it in the future.

The Combo J7+ is the most efficient robot mop we have ever tested. It picks up dirt and spills quickly leaving no trace it was there. The iRobot application makes it simple to control. You can schedule cleanings and even create Keep Out Zones to ensure that it doesn't vacuum in areas that you don't want. And it's compatible with Alexa and Google Assistant, so you can turn it on and off by speaking to it.

The design is also superior to the other models. It features a sleek, top piece that resembles toys rather than an obnoxious and loud robot. Clean Base's Automatic Dirt removal System is also self-emptying which can cut down on cleaning time.

In our tests, we discovered that the j7+ was quick to eliminated dirt, dust and pet hair. The counter-rotating rubber brush roll kept the debris in one location instead of scattering it all over the floor vacuum robot. It was able to capture small pieces of gravel, sand, and even a tiny bit of grit. Most robots could not accomplish this feat. It did this without getting caught in our pet's hair.

While it's not quite as smart as the $1,217 Roomba s9+ Auto-Emptying Vacuum and can't clean stairs, the J7+ is a solid option for those who need mopping and a vac in their home. It's not costly and the iRobot App makes it easy to use.

Although the iRobot Home app is very user-friendly however, we've found it to be less reliable than other applications that use robotic vacuum cleaner amazon cleaners. It can take a while to download updates, and often it's difficult to tell whether the update is working until you've seen it in action.

2. Roborock Q5+

When you're looking for a vacuum that does more than just clean floors, the most effective option is likely to be one that is a hybrid. These bots are equipped with a water tank so they can vacuum and mop at the same time. They also have a number of extra features, including smart mapping, small obstacles avoidance, and the ability to wash and dry mopping pads. The downside is that they tend to be pricey at full retail, but during Black Friday and Cyber Monday they usually drop in price.

Roborock makes some of our favorite robotic vacuums and the Q5+ doesn't disappoint. This is their least expensive auto-empty model, and while it doesn't have certain features found on higher-end models (like no-go zones and multi-story memory) it's a great option if you're willing to sacrifice a bit to save some hundred dollars.

The Q5+ is extremely gentle when it comes to obstacles like tables and walls. This makes it an ideal option for homes with lots of furniture. It's also very thorough in removing dust bunnies. This is an area that many cheaper robot vacuums fall short. The technology for navigation in the Q5+ is superb too, with very little missed corners and along walls.

Like other Roborock devices, the Q5+ can be controlled by a few buttons on the device itself or via the Roborock app. The app allows you to start and stop cleanings. You can also set schedules, create virtual barrier and no-go areas and modify your home map or change the room cleaning robot's label.

If you choose to purchase the Q5+, it ships with a new auto-empty dock, which was specifically designed to make the robot sweeper easy to maintain. It requires a screwdriver to install, but once in place the process of emptying the bin is easy. It features a large LCD screen which is helpful in setting up schedules and changing settings. This feature isn't necessary for most people but it can help effectively keep the robot's maintenance schedules.

3. Narwal Freo X Ultra

The Freo X Ultra is a well-rounded robot mop and vacuum that's astonishingly clever in its mopping and vacuuming capabilities. Its design and function are among the most advanced available however it's expensive.

It's a small base station that looks beautiful and can be hidden when not in use. The station's most appealing feature is the way it automatizes many tasks and functions that other robots will leave to you. It stores clean and dirty water, it electrolyzes and heats the water (which many other robots require you to do) and empty the dust bin after vacuuming, and keeps your robot charged and clean.

Its vacuuming capabilities are impressive and efficient, too. It's the only robovac that I've used that has done an excellent job of removing dirt from floors that aren't. And it's not as loud as the costly Roomba 900 series or iRobot 980.

The Freo X Ultra is not without faults, particularly in the area of navigation. Its LiDAR sensors and laser sensors aren’t as reliable as other robot vacuums. This means that it can get stuck or get confused in certain corners or rooms in the house. It's also unable to climb stairs like other competitors and doesn't come with a docking station to create a cleaning area for carpets that are soft.

While it doesn't offer as many in terms of cleaning configuration options in its app, or as many shortcuts within the app as other robovacs, the Freo X Ultra is still an excellent choice for those looking for an all-around great mop and vacuum cleaner that's worth the premium price cost.

But if you want to save some money or simply don't care about the limitations of this machine There are many other great choices available which include a variety of eufy models priced significantly less. The Eufy Qrevo curv, for instance is less expensive however it comes with more features, such as the ability to climb stairs and a full-function Dock, that provides an improved overall experience when vacuuming on plain floors carpets, low-pile carpets as well as high-pile ones.

4. Eufy RoboVac g30

Eufy, an Anker company, has a track record of making robot vacuums that strike a good balance between performance, features and price. The G30 Hybrid offers a powerful cleaning of carpets and hard flooring, and mopping capabilities at an affordable price. It's easy to setup simply by snapping one of the side brushes on, turn it on, and plug it into the charging dock. The app will guide you through the steps to connect your G30 to your Wi-Fi. The dock must be placed near an outlet with enough space to move.

The G30 is tiny, 2.85 inches tall to be exact and can be placed under couches and other low-clearance furniture. Its design is less ostentatious when compared to rival models. It has a sleek black finish with three physical buttons for Auto Cleaning start/pause (which scrubs an area in a spiral pattern over two minutes), Recharge, and Spot Cleaner. You can also connect the G30 to Amazon Alexa or Google Home to perform cleaning that is not scheduled using voice commands.

The primary characteristic that distinguishes the G30 above the rest is the method it cleans. It makes use of an integrated map to create an image of the unmovable items in its path. It remembers the items it has cleaned and what it is unable to access. When it needs to recharge, it automatically returns to its base and resumes cleaning from where it started.

The elegant G30 isn't without faults, though. The iRobot Roomba is more durable and has lower monthly costs. It charges faster, offers a similar battery life, and performs better on unfinished floors or low-pile carpet. It also has a bigger dust bin that doesn't require to be emptied as frequently and comes with the boundary strips to keep it away from certain areas. The G30 is less expensive and easier to maintain. Its smaller container means it doesn't need to be emptied as often, and it has less difficulty handling bulky products like cereal.
