This robot vacuum and mop combination has a sleek, circular design that looks much like a Roomba model than the boxy models from the competition. It is one of our most attractive looking robot vacuums. iRobot's latest flagship model also happens to be its smartest model, with features that are cutting-edge like Enhanced Dirt Detection Technology as well as future compatibility with Matter (another company's robot that is able to wash mop pads).
It's the only robotic vacuum/mop that scored 100% in our tests thanks to a blend of high-tech sensors that include cameras, a structured light system, and multiple lasers. It also mops with one pad and a reciprocating movement that is more efficient than most mop cleaners for robots that we've tried. It's self-sufficient too, with a full-featured app and a self-emptying, washable base.
The iRobot app is designed to guide you through a mapping run, which gathers information on your floorplan, as well as any "no go" areas you've marked on the map. It can be used to create cleaning schedules, plan the perfect spot for cleaning or prioritize your most filthy rooms to improve performance.
