During our testing, the iRobot Roomba J7+ cleaned flooring and area rug surfaces in the foyer, family room and kitchen without a problem. It was quiet and listened to us while it performed its task. The decibel meter recorded just 64 decibels during operation. It took around 90 minutes to finish a single cleaning and its battery took an hour and 58 minutes to recharge afterward. The Combo J7 lets you increase the size of your iRobot eco-system by pairing it with the iRobot Mop m6. One can run while the other moves around the room.

The Dyson 360 Viz Nav is the ideal robot vacuum cleaner for anyone who lives in a multi-floored home. The vacuum also took the bin away easily and quickly, reducing clean-up time by half.
However the Dyson 360 Viz Nav didn't perform better than other robots in our obstacle-avoidance tests. It had a difficult time with a temporary drying rack that it was unable to maneuver under, eventually getting stuck and disrupting the cleaning cycle. It also had a hard time avoiding some furniture pieces that are taller, like a chair or coffee table. The Dyson 360 Vis Nav is also not able to climb stairs, which will be a problem for a lot of people living in multi-story homes.
