The only negative I found with this model is that its VibraRise mop pad mount isn't removable. I've found any plush carpet that the robot crosses will be in contact with the rough Velcro like fastener on mounts, which can cause scratches.

It also includes maps and advanced mopping options. The app allows you to schedule cleanings and track the battery's lifespan. But you'll need to jump through a few hoops in order to enable voice control on this model which is a pity considering how well it performs otherwise.
