However our testers still enjoyed using this buggy and it did get up to some pretty hilly terrains.

They also loved that the hoods could be moved back and forward making them easy to adjust in the sun or for wind protection. They did not offer the same amount of coverage as the Baby Jogger City Mini Hoods. It's probably worth carrying an extra rain cover inside the case.
Overall, our testers were impressed by the Nipper double's ability to let them take their twin stroller with car seats daughters Sydney and Lyla to all sorts of adventures. From spotting wildlife in a forest or rushing to a park to play with their friends They loved it. The testers were also impressed by how comfortable and spacious the two seats are. There is plenty of room for growing toddlers. Our testers did note, however, that the lack of parent-facing seating and the inability of using car seats in this buggy were a problem and they would have liked to have more storage space for shopping and other gear.
