Upgrades can increase the performance of a piece and, sometimes, even add extras. The worth of these upgrades is determined by their tiers, requirements, and the amount of random augmentations used.
For instance, the premium shield for racial discrimination Razortail is usually upgraded to improve its lightning absorb ability in PvP or to add additional defenses to missile-based designs in PvM. This makes it more tradeable than the non-upgraded perfect version.
Reroll Tokens
Reroll tokens are a way to reroll an acquired item like armor, weapon, or rings. This allows you to swap the item for a different one of the same type, with a different set of extra bonuses. Reroll tokens are an affordable way to upgrade gear. They don't preserve the original equipment's condition and any wasted resources aren't rewarded.
Survivors can obtain tokens to reroll in many ways, including the Mistery Box and rare drops from skulled creatures. They can also be found in chests and crates or purchase them at the market for $150 each. Reroll tokens are used to alter the attributes of an item such as increasing its damage.
Players can roll equipment in three attributes, physical power, spell power, and health. Upgrades to physical power increase the damage caused by weapons and melee attack, while upgrades to spell power boost mage attacks and the ring. Health upgrades give players additional health.
There are three kinds of Reroll tokens: upgrade rare and legendary. Each upgrade takes an item to a higher quality, with the requirement of a higher-level reroll token in order to produce it. Upgrades require a common item. Rare upgrades require an item that is either unique or legendary. Legendary upgrades require three legendary pieces.
As opposed to other tokens or markers that are placed on action spaces The reroll marker is left in the space until the next Success result is rerolled. This helps you save upgrades.
Blueprints are envelopes which appear at the beginning of every preparation phase. They can be opened using Interact by grabbing on to them. Once they are open they show a complete description and an icon for the corresponding Appliance or Ingredient. Growthstones
Weapons, armor, and accessories can be upgraded in Throne and Liberty using Growth Stones. These are special stones which increase the value of an item by improving its stats or characteristics. These items can be obtained by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs in the main towns. Contract Coin Merchants will sell them for a price. In addition, players can get these stones by completing daily contracts.
To upgrade their gear players first need to locate the appropriate item and then click on the "level up" button. This will show a list of the item's current level and what it will become when it is upgraded. It will also display the amount of Growth Stones needed to accomplish this. The number of Growth Stones required to upgrade the gear will depend on its rarity. Typically, rare (blue) weapons require more than one green Growth Stone to reach their next level, while uncommon armor requires a single blue or green Growth Stone.
After deciding on what to upgrade, players need to select the number of green Growth Stones they wish to use and pay the corresponding cost. When the requirements have been met, the player can then click the upgrade button to apply the Growth Stones to the item. This will raise the item's level by a specific percentage. Depending on the item's rarity and rarity, the upgrade process could take anywhere from seconds to minutes.

Leveling
Leveling is a feature that lets players boost the base stats of weapons armor, helms, and trinkets. The upgrade materials will be used up and the item upgrades will receive an upgraded level. The process will continue until the item reaches its maximum level.
Items that have upgraded stats will display a blue icon beside their slot. Upgrade components, unlike enchantments, cannot be added to more than one item at the same time. Furthermore each upgrade component will require a certain quantity of items to be used and an appropriate amount for the equipment.
The Upgrade Station is divided into two slots. On the left side, players can choose to add items to be upgraded. On the right side, previews show what the gear will look like at its next level. When a player has enough materials, pressing the yellow arrow will start the upgrade process.
A piece of equipment can be upgraded a maximum of five times. Every time the item is upgraded, its base stats will be increased by a small amount. The maximum level for an item is 19.

Upgrade components are a form of equipment that can be inserted into weapons, armors, trinkets and gathering tools to give an additional effect or bonus when the equipment is equipped. They can be bought from vendors, looted or obtained through quests or traded between players. Upgrade components can be replaced by acquiring new ones. However, this could destroy the old upgrade.
