An Item Upgrading Success Story You ll Never Remember
Path of Exile item Upgrader kit Upgrading
The Best item upgrader method to upgrade your gear in Path of Exile is through upgrade of your items. This allows you to improve it without having to depend on costly drops or trades. This article will show you how to upgrade your gear.
Upgrades in equipment can add a bonus to the item's base stats. This bonus is based on the upgrade component's level and rarity.
Components
Upgrade components can make your weapons and armour better. They can be found by destroying enemies, buying them from karma vendors, or finding them in item-spheres. They can also be salvaged from equipment with them, or through the highest-quality salvage kits such as the Black Lion Salvage Kit or Ascended Salvage Tool. Contrary to other products upgrade components, upgrade components aren't destroyed when they are removed from an item.
The primary function of upgrade components is to allow an item to be upgraded however, they also serve other functions. They can be used to increase the level of the amount of experience gained by upgrading equipment or weapons. They can be forged to give additional benefits. A glyph that has been crafted can increase the chance of upgrading its target while boost upgrades increase the attack or defense capabilities of the weapon.
You can connect an upgrade template to an item by selecting it from the edition GUI. It will display an upgrade component list that the item can be upgraded to. Alternatively, you can use the workbench to select an upgrade template. In either scenario, the item will be upgraded after enough upgrade components have been collected.
Each component has its own experience multiplier. This determines how much experience an item will gain when upgraded using that component. Organic components, for example have an increased multiplier of experience than mechanical components. Therefore, it is recommended to upgrade with organic components until you reach the experience multiplier for the next rank of the weapon or gear, and then change to mechanical upgrades.
In addition to the multiplier for experience, each item also has a maximum number of upgrades that it can receive. The number of upgrades available is determined by the rank that can be upgraded and the type of upgrade available to the upgradeable item. The highest level of upgrade is a weapon with 10th level. However, the most commonly used upgrade for weapons is the tier 6 weapon and an armor upgrade of tier 5.
Sets
A set is a collection of items that share the same bonus. Each item can be upgraded at the minimum once. The upgrade increases the bonuses that are guaranteed. The first time you upgrade an item, its initial stat will be +1. After subsequent upgrades the primary stats will be boosted a little more (for example, +1 to 12+/13+/14+) Every time you upgrade item the item with an additional stats is increased randomly.
Upgrading a weapon can also increase its damage base, which may be necessary for certain builds. However, weapons cannot be upgraded to a higher maximum defense roll than their normal base. It is possible to increase the value of certain sets and unique items by upgrading them, however they're not always better than a Runeword with a high level.
If you're upgrading an item with a bonus, the item can be rerolled once, and its guarantee will reset back to zero. Rerolling costs the same amount of power dice as leveling an item, however the new item will have different extra bonuses. The NPC [Armor] Boboko can upgrade your armor in Central Flarine. To upgrade an item, you will require a power die of each type (Dice 4 or 6 drop from monsters 21+ and Giants; Dice 7 drops from bosses) and the appropriate amount of Minerals and Erons. They can be purchased with Gold at the crafting table, or in the Ultra Collection. The NPCs will also offer special rewards for each completed level of the upgrade process. This reward can be rerolled one time, using the same materials as the original item.
Rerolling
If a player has enough to reroll tokens, they are able to roll any item they've acquired during the game. When an item is rerolled it will be replaced with a level 1 version in another set. Reroll tokens can be bought from the store for an amount of in-game currency. However, they aren't refundable. The upgraded item will still have the extra bonuses of the original one however its stats will differ also.
Players can change the identification of equipment in addition to rerolling it by interacting with an NPC upgrader. This will change the identification from a weapons to armor or vice versa. Its base stats and requirements remain the same. The change is permanent and will affect all characters that have the gear in question.
Players can also increase the level of their item on any equipped device by obtaining upgrade items and conversing with the upgrader NPC of the item. The cost of upgrading will depend on the upgrade track, the item type and number of crests. In the case of weapons, each step will add an additional 5% to its damage.
An upgrade will make it more powerful however it can reduce its effectiveness. Therefore, it is important to find a balance between these two. Some items may not be worth upgrading at all however, others will need to be upgraded to realize their potential. For example one player might want to upgrade a piece breakpoint armor with an interesting modifier (% chance to block or FHR) to discover what it could be.
Rerolling is a standard practice in Genshin Impact and other gacha-based games. People use it to try to obtain the character or weapon that they wouldn't otherwise have. These items are time-consuming and costly to acquire, and the RNG doesn't always play nice. The only alternative is to spend money or grind a lot. For this reason, rerolling is a very popular option in Genshin Impact.
Leveling
You can decide to upgrade the weapon or armor after upgrading an item. This feature isn't available in the current version of the game. I think this feature was intended to give value to rare and expensive items. However, as most equipment is replaced quickly, and it can only be leveled up one level, you'll generally replace it before it becomes too old. It's also not worthwhile to upgrade items that have gem sockets as the power of the gem will outweigh the increased ilvl that comes with the upgrade.
If you click the upgrade option on an item, you will be presented with a small window displaying the upgrade item template for the item and the crest and Valorstone costs to increase the item level. Armor and weapons have different costs, with the former usually being more expensive. The upgrade template shows the stats that will be added to the upgraded item and it also lists the current ilvl.
The cost of the Valorstone and crest is calculated using the item's current Ilvl and the upgrade templates. Additionally the ilvl of a new upgraded item will be decreased by the template's lvl reduction percentage. For instance the weapon that has an upgrade decrease of 8% will decrease its count by 8-8%.
In addition to the base ilvl boost, the item will also get upgrades in other stats, such as critical strike damage, PvE damage and dodge, block, and parry rating. The increases are also dependent on the upgrade template.
The amount of defense and damage the item receives when leveled up can be observed below the upgrade cost and decrease percentages in the upgrade template window. All armor and weapons, except practice equipment, get these stats once they've been leveled up. The value of these stats will be dictated by the market, with a perfectly rolled piece of armor or weapon able to command much more in trade value than unupp'd versions. The same applies to other armor pieces like circlets and Tiaras.
