1. Eufy Omni S1 Pro
Eufy's gunmetal-and-gloss black Omni S1 Pro is one of the most impressive robot vacuums uk vacuum and mop combinations on the market. It makes use of lidar to navigate, create maps of floors and rooms (even multiple levels) and integrates with the free Eufy Clean app to let you set schedules and customize the behavior of the S1.
When I tested the S1, it was able to map our downstairs, which is home to linoleum flooring in the kitchen-diner and bathrooms, plus carpeting of medium-pile as well as a large area rug. It was capable of driving up to walls and even across raised thresholds without issue. However it was a bit difficult getting down the stairs in one pass. The S1 did a good job cleaning hard floors. Its mop moved smoothly on its flat side and raised itself when it was near carpets or rug.
The S1's docking station automatically empties its dust bin and refills its water tank onboard with clean, ozonated water before every mopping session. The dock also includes a cleaning solution in the water for deep cleaning. The S1's water tank holds enough water for around 12 cleaning sessions before it needs to be cleaned, although it will differ based the amount you use the mop.
Like all 2-in-1 robots the S1 requires regular maintenance to keep it working well. To do this, you'll need to rinse out the dirty water tank occasionally to prevent it from clogging. You will also need to clean your sensors and swivel wheel regularly to avoid them getting blocked by dust or dirt. Overall, the S1 requires less maintenance than other combos.
2. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete
Ecovacs All-in-one robotic vacuum and mop is an efficient solution for cleaning. Its robot vacuum boasts 8,700Pa of suction, and comes with a number of innovative features, such as full home mapping, voice control, and smart path-planning that eliminates obstacles and cleans around furniture. The mopping capabilities of the robot are impressive, with mops that rotate that actually lift and scrub the floor, as opposed to just moving the pad across it. Mops can also be dried and cleaned at the base station, if needed.
The robot is simple to install and use, with a simple interface that walks you through the process. It also includes a hand vacuum which can be used to clean hard-to reach areas that the robot can't reach. There are also two water tanks which are automatically emptied or filled. It also comes with a variety of useful settings for fine-tuning your cleaning robot mop and vacuum preferences.
The Deebot X2 Combo Complete does a good job at vacuuming, with strong suction that easily removes all kinds of debris, including the smaller bits of dust that other robots struggle with. Its navigation capabilities are pretty good, too, even though it is sometimes hung up on the tiny rug or area mats I have in my home (which is something you can control by creating a virtual boundary within the application). Mopping capabilities are excellent, with a pair spinning mops which can lift and scrub the floor instead of moving the pad across it. The mops are cleaned with heated water and dried in the base station when needed. The mops are also filled from the top of the base station when needed.
3. Dreame X40 Ultra
Dreame released the luxe X30 Ultra earlier this year however their latest top-of-the-line robot mop and vacuum has more impressive features. It boasts fantastic cleaning results and hands-off maintenance which makes it a strong contender for our top mop and robot vacuum list. Its superior mapping capabilities, RGB AI smart recognition and a longer side brush will give you an efficient, customized clean.
The X40 Ultra does an excellent job of vacuuming and removing large and small particles from hard floors as well as carpets. It cleaned the dirtiest places of our tests with ease while avoiding pet hairs and other mess. The sweeping power is enhanced by a side brush that automatically extends to reach hard-to-reach corners, and an extendable mop pad that is placed along baseboards.
Its navigation is nimble it can navigate tight spaces and climbing stairs without missing a beat. It can move from one room to another without changing direction which is a great feature for larger homes with many rooms. Its obstacle avoidance system is not as advanced than some competitors however, and tends to leave a wide space around obstacles, which could result in missed spots.
The app's interface is intuitive and streamlined. It should be simple to use by both novice and experienced users. The app allows you to schedule and manage cleanings. You can also alter suction power, mop settings as well as view 2D and 3-D maps. It can be operated through the app, Alexa, Google Assistant or Siri which allows you to keep an eye on its progress from any location. You can also remotely control the X40 Ultra camera for real-time monitoring. You'll need a stable WiFi connection to run the app and external controls.
4. Roomba Q5 pro
A robot vacuum cleaner best vacuum does a great job of picking up dirt and debris however, it's not able to get every last bit of dust. It is important to clean regularly, once a week. This is especially true for dust that collects in corners, on shelves and in crevices in your couch. Roborock's Q5 Pro, a 2-in-1 robot that vacuums and mops, is designed to accomplish this. It's easy to connect it to your home Wi-Fi network and is compatible with Alexa and Apple Siri, making it an even more practical addition to your routine of cleaning.
The Q5 is a stripped-down version of the company's more expensive S-series models, which include the flagship Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra. It has the same LIDAR mapping sensors, however it's cheaper since it doesn't have mopping capabilities and comes with a plastic body.
Even though it's not able to mop floors, the Q5 has the best mopping and vacuum performance we've seen on a robot vacuums best at this price. The mops are also quite impressive, with 2700Pa of power that can tackle dust, dirt and pet hair on carpets and hard floors. The Q5 was one of the few robots that we tested to not have a problem with high-pile area carpets and rugs. However, it could not handle kitty litter or cable tangles. This isn't a surprise as it doesn't include AI-powered obstacle-avoidance.

K10 Plus is the quietest robot vacuum we've ever tested. It also features a unique mapping system that helps it reach tight corners and corners that other vacuums can't.
