1. Baby Jogger City Tour Double
The City Tour 2 Double stroller is the smallest of the Baby Jogger range. It is designed to travel and fits through standard doors easily due to its slim and compact design. It's also among the lightest double buggies available that weighs just 14lbs when folded. It's ideal for travel with a toddler and infant because you won't be able to exceed airline luggage allowances. It can also be folded into the size of the size of a small travel bag which means you can put it in the back of your car.
It's simple to fold the Z-shape with one hand. Once you're used to it, it's compact and only takes seconds. Our tester found the auto-lock a little difficult to understand, and also because the handlebar doesn't lock in its position when you push it to the side, it struck her leg when she was using it. She also thought that the handlebar was on the shorter side. This is particularly true when a large change bag is hanging from it.
Unlike other lightweight travel buggies that aren't loaded with features. It's one of the most full-featured double strollers available. It's compatible with two carry cots (available separately) and features multiple recline positions as well as a UV 50+ canopy. You can also add the bassinet to one or both seats to make it a travel system.
The four rubber composite tires are great for pavements as well as urban terrain. However, they were not made for off-roading. They struggled with long grass and gravel and there was not enough clearance between the wheel bracket and wheel which meant that mud could get stuck easily. Our testers loved this buggy, and it was able to climb pretty muddy hills.

Our testers found the Nipper Double was incredibly easy to maneuver, even when moving on uneven ground or when turning swiftly in an area with a lot of traffic. The fact that the seats can be reclined independently was also hugely appreciated.
They also appreciated that the hoods could be moved back and forward and back, making them much easier to adjust in the sun or for wind protection. Our testers did find, however, that they didn't offer an extensive amount of coverage as similar to the Baby Jogger City Mini hoods which is why it's worth packing a rain cover just in case.
Overall, our testers were impressed with the Nipper double's ability to let them take their twin stroller side by side daughters Sydney and Lyla to all kinds of adventures. From spotting wildlife in a forest or rushing to a park to play with their friends They loved it. They were also amazed by how cozy and spacious the two seats are, with plenty of room for toddlers to stretch out in. The lack of parent-facing seating and the inability of using a car seats in this buggy were cited as a disadvantage by our testers. They would have also wanted a bigger storage space for shopping and other equipment.
