Is Item Upgrade As Important As Everyone Says

Upgrades can increase the performance of a piece of equipment and, sometimes, even add extras. The value of these upgrade is determined by the tiers of gear, their requirements, and how many random augmentations are made available.

The most powerful racial Shield Razortail, for example, is usually upgraded to improve its lightning absorption function in PvP, and/or to provide additional defenses to missile-based build in the PvM. This makes it more marketable over the original version that is not upgraded.

Reroll Tokens

Reroll tokens allow you to reroll an acquired item like a weapon, armor or rings. The item is replaced by another of the same kind, but with different benefits. Reroll tokens are an economical method of upgrading equipment. However, they do not retain the quality of the original item, and any wasted resources will not be refunded.

The surviving players can acquire Reroll tokens in a variety of ways, including the Mistery Box and rare drops from skulled creatures. They can be located in crates and chests or purchased at the local store for 150k each. Reroll tokens can be used to alter the attributes of an item of equipment for example, increasing its damage.

Players can reroll equipment in three attributes, physical power, spell power and health. Upgrades to physical power boost the damage caused by weapons and melee attack while upgrades to spell power upgrade mage attacks and the ring. Health upgrades provide the player with additional health.

There are three types of Reroll tokens: upgrade rare, and legendary. Each of these upgrades the item to a higher quality. To make them, you require a higher-quality token to reroll. Upgrades require a common item. Rare upgrades require items that are either unique or legendary. Legendary upgrades require three legendary pieces.

Unlike other special tokens and markers placed on Action spaces The reroll marker is left on the spot until the next Success result is rerolled. This allows you to not waste upgrades.

Blueprints are envelopes that appear at the beginning of every Preparation phase. They are opened using Interact by grasping them. When they are opened, they display a description and icon for the appliance or ingredient. Blueprints can be exchanged for a new appliance or ingredient in the restaurant's store for a small amount of money.

During the course of a run, blueprints can be transferred between the Staple Pool and the Non-staple pool based on selected Franchise Cards. This changes the blueprints that the restaurant's shop has available to reroll, and also those that are in the Non-droppable Pool.

Growthstones

In Throne and Liberty, growth stones can be used to improve weapons, armor and accessories. These are special stones that increase the value of an item by improving its stats or attributes. Players can locate these items by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs located in the main towns. They can purchase them from Contract Coin Merchants for a cost. Moreover, players can obtain these stones by completing daily contracts.

To upgrade gear to upgrade gear, players must first locate the item, then click the "level up button". The screen will show a summary of the item's levels and what it will be when it is upgraded. It will also display the amount of Growth Stones required to upgrade the Best item upgrade. The number of Growth Stones needed to upgrade an item will depend on its rarity. Rare (blue), rarer weapons will require more than one Growth Stone, while uncommon armor only requires a single Growth Stone.

After deciding what to upgrade, players must then select the number of green Growth Stones they wish to use and pay the appropriate cost. When the requirements are satisfied, the user can select the upgrade items button to apply the Growth Stones to the item. This will increase the item's level by a certain percentage. Depending on the rarity of the item and rarity, the upgrade process could take between seconds and minutes.

The upgrade process is risk-free and does not impact the longevity of the item. This makes the system an ideal way for players to get an advantage in combat without straining their accounts. By clicking on the "transfer tab" players can transfer the experience and progress of an upgraded piece of gear onto an entirely new piece of equipment.

The process of getting Growth Stones in Throne and Liberty is a daunting task for players who are new to the game. There are a variety of ways to obtain these stones, such as contract completion and purchasing them from the Contract Coin Merchant, defeating Abyssal Contract enemies, obtaining them from the Equipment Stone Seal Book, or obtaining them from reward chests that are available during the Ancient Arena season. In addition players can also take apart the higher-level Growth Stones to create multiple lower-level ones.

Leveling

Leveling is an optional feature that lets players boost the stats of their weapons armor, helms and trinkets. It is accomplished by adding upgrade components at the Upgrade Station and paying a fee in Happy Stars or Happy Tickets. The process will consume upgrade components and grant the item an increased level, which gives the item a boost in the area. This process can be repeated until the highest level for an item is attained.

Items that have upgraded stats will display a blue icon beside their slot. Upgrade components, unlike enchantments can't be applied to more than one item at the same time. Additionally each upgrade component will require a specific number of items to be applied, as well as an initial amount for the equipment.

The Upgrade Station is divided into two slots. On the left, players can add an item to be upgraded. On the right, previews show what the gear will look like at its next level. Pressing the yellow arrow when is a player has enough resources will start the upgrading process.

Upgrade components are a form of equipment that can slot into weapons, armors, trinkets and gathering tools to provide an additional benefit or bonus while the equipment is equipped. They can be purchased from vendors, looted, or obtained through questing. They can also be traded between players. Upgrade components can be replaced with new ones, however doing so will destroy the previous upgrade, with the exception of for glyphs that can be removed and replaced at will.

Requirements

Upgrades to items enable players to increase certain attributes of armor and weapons they already have equipped. The requirements for upgrading an item upgrader Mod will vary based on the type of item, but typically you'll need Dilithium and a variety of Upgrade Tokens (various options are available).

The items can be upgraded by adding upgrade components to weapons and equipment. This gives them extra effects or an increased quality of the item. These upgrades can come from a variety of sources, such as crafting, purchasing at the Trading Post, karma vendors or looting from bosses and raids. Once an upgrade component is placed in an item it can't be removed and changed without restriction, however, glyphs placed in gathering tools can be swapped out without restrictions.

Upgrading an item can increase its Mark Level and/or Rarity. Certain upgrade components have additional modifiers that can boost the item's stats.

For example, the helm upgrade "Foundation of the Sun" boosts the base defense, and also adds an extra 20% chance to block. In addition the dps upgrade "Wildfire" increases weapon damage.

Certain items are better off being upgraded less for their increased stats, but more for the fact that it allows players to gain the most value out of a perfect roll on the item. A perfectly rolled 200/6500 armor set piece, for example is highly sought-after by the melee PvP communities and could be worth up to 20-50 times the non-upp’d version.

If you choose an upgrade component to be inserted into an item the game will show a pop-up window that shows the required requirements. The game will show the requirements required when you select an upgrade item component to slot into an item.

The game will add an item in your inventory after you've met the requirements for an upgrade. The progress bar will then update to show how close to completing the upgrade. You can also check the status of an upgrade by visiting any NPC that upgrades items.
