Upgrading gear increases its base stats, and sometimes increases its other features. The value of these upgrade is determined by the gear's tiers, their requirements and how many random augmentations can be applied.

For instance, the top shield for racial discrimination Razortail is usually upgraded to improve its lightning absorb function in PvP or to add additional defenses on missile based designs in PvM. This makes it more exchangeable than the non-upgraded perfect version.

Reroll Tokens

Reroll tokens permit you to buy a new item upgrade, like an armor, weapon or ring. This swaps the current item for a different one of the same type, with an additional set of bonuses. Reroll tokens can be a cost-effective method to upgrade equipment. However, they don't retain the quality of the original item and any resources that are wasted will not be refunded.

Players can roll equipment with three aspects: physical power, spell power, and health. Physical power increases the damage done by melee and weapons while spell power boosts rings and mage attacks. Health upgrades give the player an additional level of health.

There are three types of Reroll tokens: upgrade, rare and legendary. Each of these upgrades the item to a better quality. To make them, you'll need a higher level reroll token. Enhanced upgrades require a common item, rare upgrades require a special or a legendary item, and legendary upgrades require three legendary items.

The marker that rerolls, unlike special tokens or markers placed on action areas, remains on the space until the next success is rerolled. This allows you to avoid wasting upgrades.

Blueprints are envelopes which appear at the beginning of each preparation phase. They can be opened with Interact by pressing on them. The process of acquiring Growth Stones in Throne and Liberty is a daunting task for players who are new to the game. However, there are many methods to obtain them, including contract completion and purchasing them from the Contract Coin Merchant, defeating Abyssal Contract enemies, obtaining them from the Equipment Stone Seal Book, or obtaining them from reward chests during the Ancient Arena season. Leveling

Leveling is an option that lets players increase the stats of their weapons armor, helms and trinkets. The Upgrade Station allows you to combine an item with upgrade materials and pay a fee in Happy Tickets or Happy Stars.
