Cyberpunk 2077 Item Upgrading Guide

It is important to upgrade your equipment in order to maximize your gearing potential. It allows you to add additional stats to your item's base level value.

Each upgrade template comes with set of options which can be changed through the GUI. These options include the upgrade reference and the upgrading chance.

Upgrade components

As part of the 2.0 update, the upgrade system for weapons and armor in Cyberpunk was redesigned. Upgrade components can be found throughout Night City, and the item that you want to upgrade must have an upgrade slot available. If you select an item to upgrade, the game will show an overview of what the expected statistics will be after upgrading, and the component or material needed. If you don't have the level or resource to upgrade an item the button will read "Blocked."

Weapons and armor can be upgraded, as well as some trinkets as well as gathering tools. Upgrade slots can be filled on every item, granting bonus attributes or other effects when the equipment is used. These upgrades are available by crafting, purchased from a vendor, or taken from the loot.

There are two kinds: universal upgrades and gemstones. Universal upgrades that are similar to gemstones, can be placed in any type of equipment, and provide less of a benefit than other upgrade components. They are simple to obtain because they are dropped by enemies and taken from loot bins across the globe. Gems however are gained by disassembling items or completing specific missions.

Upgrades can be replaced with new upgrades that can be placed in an weapon's upgrade item slot. However, doing so could destroy the previous upgrade. Other upgrades, excluding for glyphs that are inserted in gathering tools, are not able to be removed from an item once they are inserted. Infusions can be inserted into legendary and advanced equipment. Enhancements are only obtainable using a high-end salvaging kit or upgrade extractor.

Recycled Items

During the two World Wars, the depletion of natural resources forced the world to recycle. It is now common to recycle aluminum, paper and plastic and give them a new purpose as something completely different. In fact, recycling saves energy and prevents carbon dioxide from escaping into the atmosphere. Recycling is a great way to avoid landfills while also conserving natural resources. However, it is crucial to know what can and cannot be recycled.

Many people make the error of placing the wrong items in the recycling bin. These materials not only pollute the stream, but can also damage recycling equipment. To avoid this, always check the label and follow the rules for your recycling program. Cardboard should not be mixed with tin cans or steel cans. Tissue must be disposed of. Plastic bags also tangle in recycling machinery and should be disposed of at a grocery store for reuse. Containers for food and berries are also items that can be disposed of. The only exception to this is glass that can be used to build with.

When shopping for new items, it's important to look for the label "Made using recycled materials." This indicates that the product has been made using recycled materials from other products that have fulfilled their purpose. This makes them more environmentally green than new products composed of virgin materials. Besides the fact that they are considerably less expensive than the original ones.

You can recycle your old computer, tablet, or phone by taking it to a recycling center. They can reuse the materials to make new electronics and useful products. You could even earn cash from these companies by returning the old ones.

If you want recycling at work to be more convenient, you should standardize the colors of the bins and signage in your workplace. This will eliminate confusion and increase participation. You should also designate the space within your office for recycling like a central bin or box that is located in the breakroom.

Reroll tokens

Reroll tokens allow you to roll the dice to improve your stats and gain awesome powers. They are available in the mistery boxes, as rare drops from skulled creatures or killed bosses. Each token removes one attribute point from damage and randomly rolls it into the new attribute. You can also reroll extras on items, such as regeneration and speed.

The amount of additional items that are added to an item changes with each level. The value of an additional is calculated as a percent of the total stats for the item. Rerolling a token could change this value. The value of the item's recycling grows as it is upgraded. Generally, the value of an item's primary stat will increase by 3 with each level, whereas the value of its extras will differ.

To roll a new item you need to click the dice icon next to the item in your inventory. You can also hit the button on a lobby of a player, and then select "Reroll". After rerolling an item Upgrader Kit, it will be removed from your inventory.

You can buy rerolls and other items in-game from Sagbe which is an in-game Token Shop trader. You can also earn free rerolls by redeeming active codes in Fire Force Online. These codes can be redeemed for a variety of items, including Reroll Tokens or Clan Reroll Tokens.

Rerolls are useful at the beginning of the game, when you are building up your inventory. However, they are not the Best item upgrade method to boost your character's stats. You should instead focus on increasing your skill points. You can also earn bonus points by completing the event tiers.

You can also reroll the race of your character by using a race-reroll token which can be purchased from the Zen Market. This token lets you change your race at any time, and it can be used in conjunction with certain pack purchases or through the Token Shop. You can also get it as a reward for completing Meg's cases during the Port Sarim Invasion event.

Leveling

Leveling up an item during the upgrade process can increase its power level and stats. However it can also increase the cost of upgrades and requires a certain amount of materials to complete the process. The type of material required will depend on the type of item. For example, weapons make use of a combination of Destruction Stones and Guardian Stones. Armor uses Harmony Leapstones and Shards. The addition of additional elements can increase the likelihood of success, but it's not a sure thing.

The process of leveling utilizes a formula to determine how much damage magical attack, defense and damage an upgraded item receives at the next upgrade. The formulas differ based on weapon type and rarity. There is also a maximum level per type of gear.

When the item reaches its maximum level at which point the NPC will show an upgrade option that allows the player to use the item to gain experience and upgrade it to the next level. To maximize the effectiveness of this process, players should make sure their gear is leveled prior to attempting an upgrade. They can save time and money by not using up materials or experience that could have been used for other upgrades.

If the upgrade is in progress, the NPC will show a window that has two lines. The first shows how many Tech Points the upgrade will provide, while the second displays a preview of what the item will look like at its upgraded level. The preview may not be accurate if the item has mods. However, it will provide a rough idea.

The NPC will also display the cost of upgrading the item. This will include the cost of Technology Points, if applicable. If you own an Accelerator, it will also display the cost. Accelerators are available on the Exchange. They can increase the Tech Points earned from upgrading by 50 percent. This bonus does not apply to the item's chance of quality that resets when the item reaches the mark level.

The Upgrade NPC also provides an option to transfer gear. This will allow players to save their experience and upgrade progress of an item of gear and transfer it to a different item upgrader that is in the same slot. This is a great option for those who wish to change their gear but don't have enough money to purchase a completely new set.
