The Reasons Item Upgrade Is Fast Becoming The Hottest Fashion Of 2024
Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades
The upgrade of gear can increase its base stats, and sometimes boosts its extras. The worth of these upgrades is determined by the gear's tiers, their requirements, and the number of random augmentations can be applied.
The racial Shield elite Razortail for instance, is often upgraded to increase its lightning absorption function in PvP and/or add additional defenses to missile-based build in the PvM. This makes it more marketable than the perfect non-upgraded version.
Reroll Tokens
Reroll tokens allow you to reroll an item you have acquired like a weapon, armor, or ring. This allows you to swap the item for one similar item with a different set of extra bonuses. Reroll tokens are an efficient method of upgrading equipment. They don't keep the original equipment's condition and any wasted resources will not be refunded.
The surviving players can acquire reroll tokens in several ways, including the Mistery Box and rare drops from skulled creatures. They can also be located in crates and chests or purchased from the market at a cost of 150k each. Reroll tokens can be used to alter an attribute of a piece of equipment for example, increasing its damage or granting it a brand new stat.
Players can reroll their equipment in three categories three categories: physical power, magic power and health. Upgrades to physical power increase damage from weapons and melee attack, while upgrades to spell power increase the damage of mage attacks and rings. Health upgrades provide the player with an extra health.
Three types of reroll tokens are available such as upgrade rare, legendary and rare. Each of these upgrades the Item Upgrader Kit to a better quality. To make them, you require a higher level token for rerolling. Enhanced upgrades require a common item, while rare upgrades require a unique or a legendary item, and legendary upgrades require three legendary items.
The marker that rerolls, unlike markers or tokens that are placed on action spaces stays on the spot until the next Success is being rerolled. This lets you save upgrades.
Blueprints appear as envelopes at the start of each Preparation Phase and can be opened by grabbing them with Interact. When they are opened, they display an explanation and icon for the appliance or ingredient. Blueprints can be exchanged to purchase a new Appliance or Ingredient in the restaurant's shop for a small amount of money.
In the course of an event, blueprints may be moved between the Staple Pool and the Non-staple pool based on selected Franchise Cards. This affects which blueprints the restaurant's shop offers to reroll and which are available in the non-droppable Pool.
Growthstones
Weapons and armor, as well as accessories can be upgraded in Throne and Liberty using Growth Stones. These are special stones that can increase the quality of an item by increasing its stats and attributes. These items can be found by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs in the main towns. They can purchase them from Contract Coin Merchants for a cost. In addition, players can get these stones by completing daily contracts.
To upgrade their gear players first need to find the item they want to upgrade and then click the "level up" button. The menu will be displayed showing the item's current level and what it will be when being upgraded as well as the necessary amount of Growth Stones to achieve this. The amount of Growth Stones required to upgrade a piece of gear will depend on its rarity. Rare (blue), rarer weapons will require more than one Growth Stone, while uncommon armor only requires a single Growth Stone.
After selecting the item to upgrade the player has to select the number of Growth Stones that they want to use and pay the cost. Once the requirements are fulfilled, the player may then click the upgrade button to apply the Growth Stones to the item. This will raise the item's level by a certain percentage. Depending on the rarity of the item and rarity, the upgrade process could take between seconds and minutes.
The upgrade process is also safe and doesn't impact the durability of the item. It's an excellent choice for those who wish to get an edge in battle, but don't want to burden their wallets. By clicking on the "transfer tab" players can transfer their experience and progress of an upgraded item onto an entirely new piece of equipment.
New players may find it difficult to acquire Growth Stones. There are a variety of ways to obtain them. You can finish contracts and purchase them from Contract Coin Merchants, defeat Abyssal Contracts, get them from the Equipment Stone Seal Book or get them from reward chests during the Ancient Arena Season. Additionally players can also cut down the higher-level Growth Stones to create multiple lower-level ones.
Leveling
Leveling is a feature that allows you to boost the stats of armor and weapons. You can also upgrade items trinkets and helms. The Upgrade Station lets you combine an item with upgrade materials, and then pay a fee in Happy Tickets or Happy Stars. The upgrade materials will be used up and the item will receive a higher level. The process will continue until the item is at its highest level.
Items that have upgraded stats will display an icon of blue next to their slot. Contrary to enchantments upgrade components cannot be stacked with each other, but can only be added to a single item at a time. Each upgrade component will require a certain number of items as well as a certain equipment level.
The Upgrade Station is divided into two slots. On the left side, players can place items to be upgraded. On the right, an image of the gear will look like at its next level. Once players have enough materials and has pressed the yellow arrow will initiate the upgrade process.
A piece of equipment can be upgraded a maximum of five times. Each time an item is upgraded, its stats will increase by a small percentage. The maximum level for an item is 19.
Once an item upgrades reaches the highest level, upgrades are no longer available to it. Once a piece of equipment attains a certain upgrade track (e.g. Veteran or Explorer), upgrades for the track will be offered at discounted prices.
Upgrade components are a type of equipment that can be slotted into armor, weapons trinkets and gathering tools to provide an additional bonus or effect while the equipment is equipped. They can be purchased from vendors, looted, obtained through questing or exchanged between players. Upgrade components can be replaced with new ones, however doing so could destroy the previous upgrade, except for glyphs that can be replaced and removed at any time.
Requirements
The upgrades to items allow players the ability to boost certain stats on weapons and armor that they currently own. The requirements to upgrade an item will vary based on the kind of item, but typically you'll need Dilithium as well as a few Upgrade Tokens (various options are available).
Item upgrade components can be slotted into equipment set pieces and weapons for added effects or a higher quality item upgrader kit. The upgrades can be acquired from various sources in the game, including crafting, bought at the Trading Post or karma vendors or looted from bosses and raids, or dropped from dungeons. Once an upgrade component is added to an object it is not able to be removed or replaced. However it is possible to swap glyphs freely.
Upgrades to an item can increase its Mark Level and/or Rarity. Certain upgrade components have additional modifiers that can increase the stats of the item.
The helm upgrade "Foundation of the Sun" for instance, increases the base defense and adds an additional 20 percent chance to block. The dps "Wildfire", however increases damage from weapons.
Upgrades can be beneficial for some items, but not because they boost stats. They are more valuable for the players if they can get a perfect roll. A perfectly rolled 200/6500 armor set piece, for example is highly sought-after by melee PvP communities and could be worth as much as 20-50 times the value of an unupp'd counterpart.
If you choose an upgrade component to slot into an item the game will display an open window that displays the required requirements. These include the item type (either Weapon or Armor) the tier of that item and the upgrade Token required, and the amount of progress needed to complete the upgrade.
The game will put an item in your inventory when you have fulfilled the requirements for an upgrade. The progress bar will update to show you how close you are to finishing the upgrade. You can also track the status of an item upgrade by visiting any NPC who upgrades items.
