The only issue I have discovered with this model was that its VibraRise mop pad mount is not removable. It is possible to replace the mopping cloth when required, but it's not easy to remove the mount for manual washing. I've noticed that any plush carpet the robot vacuum crosses will be in contact with the Velcro-like fastener system on the mount, and that could cause scratches.
